Phnom Penh (FN), August 29 – Nelhams Toby Jamie, 45, was arrested for living in Cambodia without proper documents.

He is also a suspect to murder an Irish man in Pattaya, Thailand on January 24, 2017 over business dispute.

Nelhams was arrested on February 05, 2017 in a coffee shop in Phnom Penh International Airport.

After the hearing on Tuesday, the court confirmed that the verdict will be announced on September 28, 2017.
