Phnom Penh (FN), November 7 — A senior court official has clarified in a report to Fresh News that a government ministry office's chief is running to clear the arrest warrant for two Chinese nationals which were known as Senior Managers of Hong Kong stock exchange's Company, who are under the arrest warrant for "falsifying".

Senior Court officer who has close relations to Fresh News said, the cabinet chief is violating the judicial power. That ministry senior official might have recieved a great bribes from the other side, and so on. Therefore, that court officer has asked the ACU of the Senior Minister Mr. Om Yentieng to assist the case.

In late October, Cambodia's Pursat Provincial Court had ordered the arrest of Zhang San Huo, chairman of the board, and Tse Michael Nam (Xie Nan Yang), senior manager of Green Leader of Holdings Group Limited from Hong Kong, China for «fraud» case.

The court's indictment concluded that the two senior managers were involved in a «serious» fraud activities due to Articles 626 and 627 of the Cambodian Penal Code, which had been determined to be a criminal offense and ordered to be arrested.

By the 7th of November 2017, Fresh News has yet to confirm a statement from Green Leader Holdings Group Limited about the release of the arrest warrant.
