Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 17 - Justice Ministry's spokesman Kim Santepheap said on Friday that according to the law, members of the dissolved party, will automatically lose their membership.

He added that the dissolved party has no legal precedence, no more headquarters, and any move to lead the dissolved party is an offense.

The Supreme Court announced Thursday the dissolution of Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP).

118 leaders and politicians from the CNRP were also banned from political career for five years including party president Kem Sokha and exiled former leader Sam Rainsy.
