PYONGYANG, March 11 (Xinhua) — The top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Kim Jong Un, has issued an order for all nuclear strike means of the strategic force of the military to be ready for action when he watched a firing drill of ballistic rockets recently, the official KCNA news agency reported Friday.
