Phnom Penh (FN), April 1 – Angkor Enterprise, a management agency of the Angkor Tourism site, said it has collected over $20 million of income to the government coffer from the sales of entry tickets to the Angkor complex from Jan. to March of this year, 2016.

According to a report by the Angkor Enterprise, 207,504 tourists have purchased entry tickets to visit the Angkor site in March out of which a total amount of $5,992,200 was generated; while in Feb., 245,819 tickets were sold for $7,208,140 and in Jan., an amount of $7,151,260 was generated from the sale of 248,035 tickets. So, for the three-month period, a total of $20,351,600 was generated.
