Phnom Penh (FN), July 30 - International observers, representing six countries, stated that the 6th National Election in Cambodia was conducted free, just, non-violent, safe and fair, according to the National Election Committee (NEC)'s press release issued on Monday.

The six countries include Malaysia, Russia, Laos, India, Thailand and Vietnam.
