Phnom Penh (FN), August 17 - His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni appointed Hun Sen, President of Ruling Cambodian People's Party, as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, according to the Royal decree signed on August 17 that Fresh News received earlier on Friday.

Article 2 of the Royal decree orders Prime Minister Hun Sen to establish a composition of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
