Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 29 - General Department of Immigration, on Wednesday, arrested 11 Vietnamese, four female, in Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh for using unauthorised document to illegally settling and conducting business in Cambodia.

The suspects were sent to the General Department of Immigration for further legal procedures.
