Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 31 - Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) approved three new factories and one mixed trade center in Cambodia with a total investment of approximately $600 million, creating over 22,000 jobs, according to CDC's facebook post on Thursday.

TING SHEN INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., a project to build electricity wires and equipment factory in Special Economic Zone of Svay Rieng province, has an investment capital of $5.92 million and can generate 348 jobs.

GREEN LEADERS STARCH FOOD FIRST FACTORY CO., LTD., project to establish a cassava processing plant factory located in Kratie province, has an investment of approximately $29.53 million and can create 37 jobs.

CHEAN CHHOENG THAI GROUP CO., LTD., a project to establish a mixed trade center at Phnom Penh Autonomous Port in Daun Penh district, has an investment of approximately $531.6 million and can create 21,684 jobs.

GGU (CAMBODIA) CLOTHING CO.,LTD., a project to establish garment factory at Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district, has an investment of approximately $2.4 million and can create 854 jobs.
