Sri Lanka PM Congratulates Samdech Hun Sen Appointed as Cambodian Prime Minister

Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 31 – Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe sent a congratulatory letter to Samdech Hun Sen on the appointment as Prime Minister of Cambodia, according to the letter dated on 16 August 2018.

“It gives me great pleasure to extend you warm felicitations on your appointment as Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia,” Ranil wrote in the letter.
