Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 10 - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen for his new term of premiership.

"On behalf of the government of the Russian Federation and myself, please, I wish to convey sincere congratulations to You on the reappointment to the position of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia," Dmitry Medvedev wrote in the letter dated on 8 September 2018.
