New York, United States (FN), Sept. 28 – Cambodian citizens residing in the U.S who welcomed Prime Minister Hun Sen urged other Cambodians not to insult Cambodia’s prestige through Voice of America radio (VOA).

"In order to promote the glorious Khmer culture, I would like to ask Khmer to give constructive feedbacks in a sense of morality by avoiding insulting Khmer culture,” they said.

Over the past few days, many Cambodians have shown up to welcome Prime Minister Hun Sen and his senior delegation attending the 73rd session of United Nations General Assembly in New York.

They said no perfect leaders exist in the world and that every leadership has its own positive and negative effects; as long as the positive outweighed the negative, he or she is a good leader.

They underlined that everyone has the right to freedom of expression, but no one has the right to criticize or insult others.
