“Cambodia has registered approximately 23,000 heavy vehicles; however, only 60% own driving licenses,” Minister Sun Chanthol stated adding that “the Heavy Vehicles Training Center will allow drivers to learn about heavy vehicles they are operating, the laws, and equip them with driving.”

The minister asked the transportation companies whether the companies’ drivers have licenses; are they drunk driving? Are they obeying the laws?

Everyone shall obey the laws to build this motherland and reduce poverty, the minister underlined.
