Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 10 – Cambodian foreign minister Prak Sokhonn had a bilateral meeting with Philippine foreign secretary Enrique A. Manalo on 9 November 2022, on the sidelines of the 40th and 41th ASEAN Summits in Phnom Penh.

“Secretary Manalo congratulated Cambodia for "the excellent chairmanship of ASEAN" while foreign minister Prak Sokhonn thanked the Philippines for its support to Cambodia's ASEAN Chairmanship 2022,” according to the outcomes of the meeting seen by Fresh News on Thursday (Nov 10).
