Phnom Penh (FN), Jan 31 – Prime Minister Hun Sen revealed the previous secret conversations with Kem Sokha this Tuesday morning during the Extraordinary Parliamentary Meeting, presided over by N.A’s president Heng Samrin to review National Assembly (N.A)’s internal regulation article 48 (NEW-III).

The premier mentioned that if Kem Sokha does not recognize and fulfill his promises made with him, he would ask Kem Sokha to solemnly swear.

“Kem Sokha told me that Sam Rainsy has two weaknesses. First, Rainsy is not a representative leader; secondly, you can not be a minority leader unless you are a representative leader”, said the premier.

“If you [Kem Sokha] rejected what you has said, I dare you to solemnly swear”, he added.

In December 2016, senior officials of the CNRP decided unanimously to request Kem Sokha as the CNRP representative who is also the minority leader in the N.A. However, Sam Rainsy suggested that Kem Sokha is a CNRP representative and he himself, a minority leader in the N.A.

Rainsy used to post on his Facebook page that he is still a minority leader.
