PHNOM PENH (FN), Jan. 8 — Cambodia exported in 2015 more than 500,000 tons of milled rice to the international markets, an increase of 39% compared to 387,061 tons in 2004, according to official data provided by the Secretariat of One Window Service for Rice Export Formality.
Based on the 2015 records, China is the first leading country to import milled rice from Cambodia, with approximately 100,000 tons, while France close to 70,000 tons, Poland 60,000 tons, the Netherlands roughly 60,000 tons, and Malaysia 50,000 tons respectively.
