President of the Constitutional Council’s Remarks on the Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Constitution

Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 6 – President of the Constitutional Council of Cambodia Im Chhun Lim delivered remarks on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the kingdom’s constitution.

Cambodian king Norodom Sihamoni presided over the ceremony, with a participation of national dignitaries as well as leaders of the Royal Government and other relevant institutions.
