Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 21 –CAMGMS (Cellcard) of Oknha Kith Meng, a listed company on the Cambodia Securities Exchange, has decided to distribute a 7 per cent quarterly dividend to its shareholders who have purchased IPOs since mid-2023.

According to a press release issued on 19 October 2023, the distribution of quarterly dividends to shareholders is an important decision of the company to provide an annual dividend of up to 7 per cent to those who have invested in CamGSM.

"Therefore, Class A shareholders will receive a minimum annual dividend of 7 per cent to be paid quarterly to Cellcard customers. Dividends will be calculated based on the total number of shares held by the shareholders multiplied by the value of 2, 270 Riels per share of the IPO. The number of registration days will be officially announced through ACLEDA Bank Plc., which is the RTP agent of CamGSM. ”, CAMGMS added.

To be eligible for a quarterly annual dividend of 7 per cent, a Class A Cambodian shareholder must be a Cellcard subscriber who has a SIM card subscription to a Cellcard subscriber list and has provided personal identification documents which is valid for the company.

CamGSM has pledged to continue to provide quarterly annual dividends of at least 7 per cent to Class A shareholders for a period of five years in accordance with its IPO.

In addition to allocating quarterly dividends to its shareholders, CAMGMS has also amended the terms of the joint article to comply with the legal restructuring of ownership in accordance with the listing IPO sales.
