Phnom Penh (FN), June 29 – Prime Minister Hun Sen had reminded all Cambodians to safeguard the nation's peace. He reiterated that peace is more easily said than achieved .

"Just talking about peace is easy, but seeking peace is difficult. Peace does not happen by chance; it takes life sacrifice. If the country is at peace, we must jointly preserve peace and not lose it,” the premier wrote on his Facebook page earlier today.

"In fact, there is no political party other than the “Cambodian People's Party”, which sacrificed flesh and blood for peace when the country fell into the killing fields.

For more than 40 years, only CPP has been committed to safeguarding peace for the people,” he added.

He reiterated that CPP stands behind the people no matter what happens, for both the benefit of the people and the nation.
