Siem Reap (FN), September 1 - Cambodia received nearly $70 million from Angkor tour tickets, according to the Angkor Enterprise on Friday.

In the first 8 months of 2017, 1.6 million international tourists visited Angkor, an increase of 12% compared to the same period in 2016.

Within 8 months, the government contributed US$2.6 to Kantha Bopha Children's Hospital that provides free healthcare to children.

From September 1, 2017, Angkor Enterprise has launched an automated system using credit card for purchasing Angkor tickets.
