Stung Treng (FN), October 31 - Ang Vong Vathana, Minister of Justice, led a number of officials and authorities involved in burning down more than 42 kilograms of drugs that were confiscated earlier.

The action was made with the participation of Justice Minister, Stung Treng provincial governor, General Mok Chito, Deputy National Police Commissioner, Chea Sarin, Deputy Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie of the Nation as well as many other officials from four provinces, including Stung Treng, Rattanakiri, Mondulkiri and Kratie provinces.

On that occasion, the Minister of Justice urged all competent authorities to continue cracking down on drug crimes.

According to the anti-drug police, 4 types of drugs are currently burned, including methamphetamine, drug powder, methamphetamine pills and heroin.
