Phnom Penh (FN), November 3 - The 2nd day of the Royal Water Festival attracted about 900 thousand visitors, according to the report of the National Committee for Organizing National and International Festivals, on Friday night.

The report shows that three offenses have occurred, including one loss of motorcycle and two wallets. There were 11 cases of mother wandering, but were found at last.
