Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 14 - Sok Eysan, Spokesman of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), on Thursday, requested Dana Rohrabacher, a member of the U.S House of Representatives representing California's 48th congressional district, to inform the U.S President Donald Trump to resign first before requesting Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen to resign.

The reaction came after Dana Rohrabacher, speaking at the Capitol Hill in Washington on December 12, 2017, urging Prime Minister Hun Sen to step down.

CPP’s spokesman has considered the request a violation of the will of millions of Cambodian people.
