Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 19 - The Government of Japan provided another grant of $28 million to Cambodia for building Teacher Education Colleges in Phnom Penh and Battambang province.

“The aid has been extended with a view to further promote human resource capacity of the Kingdom of Cambodia and meet the requirement for socio-economic development of the nation,” according to the MoFA’s press release.

Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia and His Excellency Horinouchi Hidehisa will join the signing ceremony, which will be held on 20 December 2017, at 9:30 a.m., at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
