Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 24 - The National Election Committee (NEC) appointed Dim Sovannarom, chief of the public affairs section of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC), and Hang Puthea, member of NEC, as spokespersons, according to NEC's decision on December 23, 2017.
