Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 11 - A former CNRP activist was sentenced today by Phnom Penh Municipal Court Judge E Thavreak to a one year imprisonment and a fine of one million riel ($250).

Hin Vansreypov, having Facebook account name as Heng Leakhana, 37, was arrested on July 12, 2017 in Battambang after she posted a video on her Facebook on the occasion of a one-year anniversary of Kem Ley’s death in Takeo province, alleging that PM Hun Sen and his family were the murderers.

She was charged of “incitement, according to article 494 and 495 of Criminal Law.
