Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 10 - Three new factories have been licensed by Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) to be established in Cambodia in early February 2018, with a capital of approximately $9 million, creating 2,399 jobs, according to CDC's official Facebook post on Saturday.

MONTI APPAREL (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD: A project to establish the garment factory, located in Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh, has a capital of approximately $ 2.37 million and will create 859 jobs.

NANWANG TRAVEL GOODS CO., LTD: A project to establish a bag factory, located on National Highway 4, Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province, has a capital of approximately $2.82 million and will create 770 jobs.

JS LEATHER COLLECTION PHNOM PENH CO., LTD: A project to establish a bag factory, located in Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh, has a capital of approximately $3.49 million and will create 770 jobs.

CDC has issued a certificate of registration for ten new companies and factories in Cambodia in January 2018, with a capital of over $73 million, creating more than 9,000 jobs.
