NEW YORK, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale jolted 146km ESE of Rota, Northern Mariana Islands at 23:14:18 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 41.9 km, was initially determined to be at 13.835 degrees north latitude and 146.521 degrees east longitude.
