Phnom Penh (FN), March 14 - Kok Ksor, the Vietnamese leader of the Degar indigenous group, is a pure vietnamese, according to an important document received by Fresh News on Wednesday evening.

Kok Ksor, born in 1944 in Gia Lay Province, the Central Highlands of Vietnam, is a member of the Jarai ethnic group and the President of the Montagnard Foundation. Begun as an RSO at the University of Chicago, the organization's mission is to preserve the lives, rights and culture of the Montagnard people, according to the released document.

In 1969, Kok Ksor participated in the split of the FUIRO state led by KPA KOI, then received military training in 1974 in the United States.

Facebook of Cambodia National Rescue Party’s activist “Rithy Erng”, on March 6, 2018, leaked document and video of the agreement signed in 2013 between Sam Rainsy and Kok Ksor.

Rainsy admitted last Wednesday in an interview with Phnom Penh Post that he indeed signed the agreement to hand four Cambodia’s provinces, including Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, Kratie, Stung Treng to Vietnam. Sam Rainsy also showed photos of signing agreement and a meeting between Kok Ksor and Kem Sokha.
