Phnom Penh (FN), April 1 - Former Takeo provincial governor Lay Vanak was arrested on Sunday at 3:30 p.m following an order of Phnom Penh Municipal Court.

Lay was allegedly charged of a murder taken place in Takeo province, according to senior official of Ministry of Interior.
