Siem Reap (FN), April 5 – In a joint press conference following the 3rd Mekong River Commission (MRC) Summit, Heads of Cambodia-Laos-Thailand-Vietnam expressed joint commitment to further managing and developing Mekong-related resources to reach sustainable development in the present and future.

“I would like to reaffirm our solidarity and our highest political commitment and support to the effective implementation of the 1995 Mekong Agreement,” said Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen, whose country hosted the 3rd MRC Summit, according to the MRC’s press release on Thursday.
