Phnom Penh (FN), April 12 - Nigerian couple were sent to the court on Thursday following their arrests on April 9, 2018.

Isaac Chibunna, 50, businessman and Isaac Rejoice Chibunna, 48, were allegedly charged with electronic fraud from Foreign Trade Bank ATM, committee in Phnom Penh's 7 Makara District on March 29, 2018.
