Phnom Penh (FN), April 25 – The National Assembly of Vietnam on Wednesday has handed over the chairmanship of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Assembly (APPF) to Cambodia.

The Handing-Over Ceremony was held at the National Assembly in Phnom Penh, represented by Cambodia's President of the National Assembly Heng Samrin and Tong Thi Phong, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly.

Tong Thi Phong led a high-level delegation of the National Assembly for a formal visit in Cambodia from April 25 to 26, 2018.

The delegation of the National Assembly of Vietnam will pay a royal audience to the King of Cambodia, a courtesy calls on Prime Minister Hun Sen and other key leaders of Cambodia.
