Svay Rieng (FN), May 9 – Addressing to approximately 20,000 workers from factories in the new Intervia Automobile Industry Complex Special Economic Zone in Bavet on Thursday, Prime Minister Hun Sen reiterated that former opposition leader’s call for foreigners not to buy Cambodian products is a treason.

In 2017, about 50 factories built in Cambodia and are capable to provide 30,000 jobs, according to the premier.

“These achievements are from hardworking, not from appealing to workers to demonstrate nor call for foreigners not to invest in Cambodia or buy Cambodian products,” the premier stated.

Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia urged workers to jointly prevent wars and to maintain peace; he stressed that it is easy to maintain peace by just voting for the Cambodian People’s Party. He compared choosing the leader to choosing a driver. The one who possessed more experience can stay away from danger.
