Phnom Penh (FN), May 17 - General Sok Phal, Head of the Interior Ministry’s Immigration Department, said on Thursday morning that 31,598 foreign workers has applied for 2018 working permit to legally work in Cambodia.

His statement was made during handing over eight siren cars to Immigration Department ceremony held at the Ministry of Interior.
