Phnom Penh (FN), May 24 - National Election Committee (NEC) issued a press release on Thursday on rights and prohibitions for media to promote the effectiveness of dissemination on the July’s election with professionalism, fairness, and transparency.

All media shall comply with the Election Laws, NEC Regulations and Procedures, the Law on the Press and the Code of Conducts, according to the press release.
