MANILA, March 20 (Reuters) - The Philippines’ health ministry on Friday recorded 13 new coronavirus cases and one death as the country’s main island is under strict quarantine measures.

The new coronavirus has infected 230 people in the Philippines, resulting in 18 deaths, Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire told a regular news conference.
