SINGAPORE, July 2 (Xinhua) -- Singapore reported 7,185 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the total tally to 1,461,107.

Of the new cases, 6,906 were local transmissions and 281 were imported cases.

1 death was reported from COVID-19 on Saturday, keeping the total death toll at 1,416 according to the ministry.
