SEOUL, Dec. 8 (CGTN) - South Korea's Democratic Party on Thursday proposed dismissing Interior and Safety Minister Lee Sang-min in a motion to the National Assembly, Yonhap reported.

Previously, the Democratic Party proposed dismissing Lee in order to hold him accountable for the "Itaewon stampede."
