KIEV, Jan. 9 (RT) – Ukraine has lost over 215,000 fighters and 28,000 weapons in the past year, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said.
During his first conference call of 2024, Shoigu said that Russian troops hold the strategic initiative along the entire contact line.
