Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 12 – Sam Rainsy’s confidant Kong Korm, also former President of Sam Rainsy Party, stated that Rainsy wanted power without elections that he demanded Samdech Techo Hun Sen to resign in 2013, speaking in a special interview with Fresh News on Wednesday.

“I am saddened by the leadership of CNRP President Sam Rainsy in 2013 for unreasonably demanding Prime Minister to resign,” Korm told Fresh News, adding that: “Hun Sen, Give Up” was what they said, using people’s power without elections to get their own power.

Korm urged politicians to abide Paris Peace Accord, the Constitution, and elections in Cambodia.
