Phnom Penh (FN), May 1 – Phnom Penh police chief Sar Thet confirmed Wednesday that the backpack full of hand-made grenades of the Chinese man arrested earlier today caused no harms.
“Following the examination of mines expert, we found that the bombs cause no harms. Only the sands in there, no ammunitions,” Gen. Sar Thet told Fresh News.
According to the municipal police chief, the Chinese man used the hand-made bombs to threaten his business rival due to conflict of interests.
Cambodian police, on Wednesday, arrested a Chinese man with a backpack full of hand-made grenades in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.
