Phnom Penh (FN), May 7 - Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen has called on all member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to provide employment opportunities for Cambodian people, particularly Cambodian Muslims, addressing at the Ramadan Iftar Dinner of Cambodian Muslim held in Koh Pich on Tuesday.
"We want to find a job market for Cambodians and Muslims based in Cambodia. As far as I know, I have met Thai and Filipino workers in the countries like Arab or Kuwait, and Cambodia is also capable to send workers to work there legally," the Premier stated.
"We will put efforts to avoid illegal migration," he added.
Prime Minister of Cambodia expected to receive positive responses, thanks to the spirit of cooperation from OIC member countries.
