Phnom Penh (FN), May 8 – Banteay Meanchey deputy governor Um Reatrey to be appointed as the new governor of Banteay Meanchey, replacing Suon Bava who will move to Council of Ministers, senior government official told Fresh News Wednesday.

Banteay Meanchey sits at northwest of Cambodia; its town, Poipet, in the western part of the province, is an international border crossing into Thailand.
