Phnom Penh (FN), July 5 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen warned to arrest an exiled former opposition leader Sam Rainsy if he dares to return to Cambodia, speaking in the meeting with more than 1,200 Cambodians living in Europe in the evening of 4 July in Geneva, Switzerland.

“Those who face the arrest warrant will be arrested. For foreingers, they must request for visas. For Cambodian citizens who wish to return to Cambodia, they deserve all the rights and that no one can ban them,” the premier addressed.
