Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 7 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, on Monday, called on former opposition leader Sam Rainsy to repatriate sooner than 9 November, addressing during a meeting with A graders, held Monday at the Peace Palace.

“9 November is Cambodia’s Independence Day and also the birth of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), which is inappropriate to overthrow the legitimate government and arrest the Prime Minister [...] come sooner than that; the sooner, the better,” the premier addressed to Sam Rainsy.

The Strongman also asked Rainsy to learn the meaning of title "Techo" before choosing to overthrow Hun Sen.

He also recommended Rainsy not to enter the kingdom through Thailand, as many active mines have yet been removed, particularly in the border areas.
