Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 17 – Grand Phnom Penh International City was sold to Chip Mong Co., Ltd, effective on 16 October 2019.
“We would like to inform our customers that recently our company [Grand Phnom Penh International City] has sold our properties and exploitations to Chip Mong Co., Ltd, represented by Oknha Leang Khun and Oknha Leang Meng,” according to the announcement of Grand Phnom Penh dated Wednesday.
Grand Phnom Penh is the largest residential development project, which comprises of 260 hectares in Sen Sok district, Phnom Penh.
