Malaysia (FN), Nov. 13 – Mu Sochua, former vice president of the court-dissolved Cambodia National Rescue Party, has left Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 12 November 2019, following the failure of a coup plan on 9 November.

Former leader in exile Sam Rainsy and Mu Sochua, along with their accomplices, have attempted to overthrow the Royal Government of Cambodia through the plan to repatriate on 9 November 2019, crossing Thai territory through Poipet Border in Banteay Meanchey province to Cambodia. Yet, they never returned.

Rainsy has been criticized critically for his promises to make positive changes, but lacks of actions.
