Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 8 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen has successfully completed his visit and participation in the the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) 2020 World Summit on the theme «Peace, Security and Human Development» in the Republic of Korea from 3-5 February 2020.

According to the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs dated Friday, Prime Minister Hun Sen had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency President Moon Jae-in and exchanged views over a luncheon with His Excellency Chung Sye-kyun, Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, on bilateral relations and cooperation between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea.

Prime Minister Hun Sen received separated courtesy calls by two dignitaries namely, His Excellency Ban Ki-moon, former Secretary-General of the United Nations and current President of the Global Green Growth Institute and Chairman of Korea’s National Council on Climate Change and Air Quality and Professor Ahn Moon Suk, Co-Chair of the e-Government Promotion Committee of the Republic of Korea. He also met with over 1,000 Cambodians who are living, working, and studying in the Republic of Korea.
