Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 13 – Thanks to the openness of the foreign exchange system, Cambodia has been attracting foreign investments and the Cambodian government has been striving to link up with the world. Thereby, High-Tek Financial (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. opened its door.

In the afternoon of 10 February 2020, with permission of H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Minister of Economy and Finance and Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia; H.E. Sou Socheat, Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia, signed a memorandum of understanding on “Consultation and Development of Securities Market in Cambodia” with High-Tek Financial (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia.

The purpose of this MoU is to share knowledge and provide professional cooperation to develop Cambodian securities market in a more active and orderly way, in the direction of decreasing risk and increasing public confidence, and to promote and raise public awareness about securities market and financial products in Cambodia.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) designated two individuals who have a wide range of experiences in financial and securities sectors as senior advisors, namely: Mr. Wei, Hsiao-Chin (Charles), chairman, and Mr. Chang Chung Kai (Kevin Chang).

Chaiman Wei, Hsiao-Chin, and Mr. Chang Chung Kai (Kevin Chang), the financial consultant of High-Tek Financial (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., expressed their gratitude to SECC for their trust in inviting him to serve as a consultant.
